New Player Requirements
Our mission is to create a safe space for picklers in an environment free from harassment or discrimination that encourages fair play, openness and friendship for all skill-levels. With that being said, we are implementing a minimum skill-level requirement to join our sessions. We are doing this to make it safe, fair and fun for all existing members.
To register, you MUST KNOW THE FOLLOWING:
- Players must know the rules of the game and on-court positioning
- How to keep score of your own game
- How to serve and return the ball

Things to Know Before Registration
- Membership fees help us cover necessary administrative costs including the following:
- Board and governance costs
- Professional fees
- Equipment/Equipment replacement (i.e., nets, balls, spare paddles, etc.)
- Technology
- Existing members get priority registration for future season registrations.
- Season fees cover the costs of school permits and insurance.
- Season fees help cover social events and additional social plays that will be arranged during the season.
- Membership and season fee must be paid when play fees are due for your registration to be complete.
- Minimum age to register is 18 years old.
- There is no limit to the number of seasons you can register for.
- Memberships are valid for one year. Returning members do not need to purchase a new membership until the Fall 2024 registration.
- Once a session is purchased, there are no refunds or transfers. All registrations are final.
- The fine print – while our permits are approved, they still require final endorsement from the schools’ administration. If there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will make all reasonable attempts to make alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered.
