Membership & Play Privileges:
Board members will pay a yearly board fee and will be able to play two nights of play per season.

Food and Beverage Reimbursement:
All associated costs for food and non-alcoholic beverages at Executive, Committee, and Sub-Committee meetings will be reimbursed.

Expense Reimbursement:

1. League Events, Tournaments, and Operations:
   Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Board members for the facilitation, administration, and execution of league events, tournaments, or general operations will be reimbursed.

2. Professional-Related Expenses:
   Expenses related to networking, promotion of the TGPA, and development will be reimbursed only with prior approval from the Board of Directors before the expense is incurred.

3. Other Discretionary Expenses:
   Any other discretionary expenses may be reimbursed only with prior approval from the Board of Directors before the expense is incurred.
