Join us for an exciting evening of pickleball every Monday night at Sprucecourt Public School! Secure your spot to play from 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM.
Important Details:
- Play time: 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM
- Cost: $64 + HST
- Dates of Play: January 6 – March 3 (No game February 17)
- Location: 70 Spruce St (Sprucecourt Public School gymnasium)
- Play Type: Level Play (Level Play is tailored for players who want to play games with those who share their skill level.)
- This registration is for Monday nights only. If you’d like to participate on other nights, please purchase tickets for those specific days separately.
- All members must also add an annual membership to their purchase. Registration will not be considered complete, and your spot will not be confirmed without the membership.
- Assessment: New members may need to attend a skill rating assessment. As the Fall season begins, you might start playing on a specific night before the scheduled assessment takes place. Please note that after your assessment, your skill level may be adjusted and the court you play on could change. If you’re returning for another season and have updated your skill rating during sign-up, this may also prompt a new assessment.
- Membership waivers will also need to be confirmed and agreed to each year. If you do not agree to the TGPA terms & conditions, you will not be able to play, even if you show up.
Refund & Transfer Policy
Our policy of no refunds remains in place. Flexibility around transfer to another individual with the same skill rating will be allowed up to 7 days before the season starts. Once we are within 7 days of the season starting there will be no transfer allowed. To transfer your session, you must email tgpafeedback@gmail.com .
Get ready to hit the courts and show off your skills! Spots are limited, so register today to guarantee your place in the game.
A few other reminders…
- If this will be your first time playing, you absolutely must know the basics of pickleball as well as safety and play etiquette. If you don’t know the basics, we may ask you not to play and to return once you’ve learned them. This is to ensure both your safety and the safety of other players! Note that we don’t have any new player clinics available at this time.
- After three weeks of the season, there will be a limited-time opportunity for individuals to request a reassessment of their skill rating or court placement. If you’d like to request a change, please email tgpafeedback@gmail.com with a rationale for your request.
- If you registered with a different skill rating in the past and purchase a new skill rating, please be aware that we may contact you to assess your skill rating change.
